Evaluation and Research
Our evaluation and research practice uses knowledge to improve performance. We measure the impact of work, then use that information to promote results-based management and decision-making.
Multiple sectors & regions
Our work covers EU policy, economic growth, private sector development, governance, security and justice, and human and social development. We work in a range of developed and developing countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, including many conflict-affected states.
Bespoke solutions
We work with project stakeholders to understand what type of evidence is required, by whom, when and for what use, so that our M&E solutions collect the right data, at the right time, for the right purpose. Our approach ensures that evaluation is integrated into each stage of the project lifecycle and produces evidence that is reliable, meaningful and useful.
Wide-ranging expertise
Our team’s areas of expertise range from theory of change, econometric analysis and survey design to GIS mapping and database management, while their academic backgrounds include advance specialisms in statistics, economics, international development, social research and more. With those skills, we are capable of supporting many different types of evaluation across a variety of sectors and contexts.
